How the Assessment Works

Our survey is designed to uncover your organization’s core archetype profile through a structured, data-driven process.

Each section includes 8 targeted questions, with every question mapped to a specific archetype. You respond on a 1–7 scale, indicating how strongly each statement reflects your approach. At the end of the survey, we aggregate your responses into composite scores for every archetype.

From these totals, we identify your Core, Secondary, and Tertiary archetypes, the three patterns that most strongly define how your organization operates and creates impact.

Beyond your overall profile, our team analyzes responses by section to surface deeper insights about how you think, prioritize, and act across different domains.
